Transfer System (Tray to Tray)
The ZX-TT 1100 Tray to Tray transfer machine is a high speed transfer system from one tray to another. It has two independent motorized rotary pick head to pick, rotate at any angle and place to another tray of different tray matrix and orientation. All the axes of this machine are servo motor driven to produce accurate positioning. An optional tube loader un-loader module can be installed in to this machine to convert it to a tray to tray and tube transfer system. Optional vision inspection system can also be installed to check for orientation on the way to transfer. |

Burn in Board Loader & Unloader
A low cost design for manual loading tray & burn-in-board where multi-packages can be operated by just changing the kits & software. Uses the servomotor to drive X-Y axis for high accuracy and motorized Z-axis for different until thickness. Consists of a dual head picker for higher productivity with automatic detection of damaged burn-in board socket before loading & unloading. PLC software allows the loading and unloading to be instilled into the 2 in 1 function where the base control will have error messages displayed. Possess a simple and consise touch screen display with a 2 level password for system control. Design of this system enables it to be compact to solve space constrain problems with a full cover design for safety purpose. |
